plastic case. Cost for the entire set is $20.00 if picked up

JOHN DOMINIC CROSSAN
John Dominic Crossan, renowned biblical author and speaker, received his Doctorate of Divinity from Maynooth College, Ireland in 1959. He has received awards for scholarly excellence from the American Academy of Religion in 1989, DePaul University in 1991 and 1995, and an honorary Doctorate from Stetson University, DeLand, FL, in 2003. In the last fourty years he has written 25 books on the historical Jesus, earliest Christianity and the historical Paul. He has lectured across the United States as well as in Ireland and England, Scandinavia, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Japan and South Africa. He has been interviewed on 200 radio stations, including four times on NPR's Fresh Air. He has also been interviewed on television networks such as ABC's PrimeTime, Peter Jennings Reporting, and Nightline, CBS' Early Show and 48 Hours, NBC's Dateline, and Fox News'The O'Reilly Factor, as well as cable programs such as A&E, History, Discovery and the National Geographic Channel.

MARCUS J. BORG
Marcus J. Borg holds the Hundere Chair of Religion and Culture in the Philosophy Department at Oregon State University. Nationally and internationally known in both academic and church circles as a biblical and Jesus scholar, he is the author of seventeen books, including the best-seller Meeting Jesus Again for the First Time (1994). His recent books, Reading the Bible Again for the First Time (2001), and This Heart of Christianity (2003), have also been "best-sellers." Described by the New York Times as "a leading figure in his generation of Jesus scholars," he has appeared on NBC's Today Show and Dateline, PBS' Newshour, ABC's Evening News, Prime Time, and Peter Jennings Reporting and NPR's Fresh Air. His work has been translated into ten languages: German, Dutch, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian and Chinese.

ARTHUR MARKS
Arthur Marks is an internationally acclaimed singer, director and choreographer. He made his professional debut in 1992 with the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra. Since then, he has performed on stages and classical venues in Rome, London, Berlin, Paris and Vienna. Some of his favorite roles include the "Ugly Duckling" in HONK! and Ernest Green in The Infamous Nine. Marks directed and choreographed regional Little Shop of Horrors, Sophisticated Ladies and co-choreographed two productions of SWING!

DAVID JOSEFIAK
David Josefiak's completed his undergraduate music degree at Friends University, Wichita, studying with Dr. Wallace M. Dunn. A master of Music degree with honors was earned at the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1986 studying with Dr. John Obetz. David was a graduate Teaching Assistant for the Conservatory of Music. He was awarded first place in 1985 Greater Kansas City Chapter's American Guild of Organists Young Artist Competition. In addition, he served as staff organist at the RLDS Auditorium in Independence, MO. David serves on the music staff as Senior Organist for the First Presbyterian Church of Wichita. In addition to his organist duties at the church, he is Coordinator for the Betty Angulo Memorial Organ Concert Series. |
