The Women's Guild of Plymouth Congregational Church has its purpose to serve the church and the community and to enjoy being part of the group while doing it. We meet the third Wednesday of the month, September through May, at 10 a.m. in the Commons. The meeting begins with a light brunch followed by a short program. The programs range from information about state attractions, worthwhile causes and coming events to small business owners explaining their businesses and are given by someone involved in the subject matter. In addition, the Guild raises funds to help with the expenses of the church, especially those involving the kitchens and all other church programs. They give to the community by regularly supporting such endeavors as the Assistance League of Wichita, United Food Bank, Salvation Army, Interfaith Ministries and the Ronald McDonald House. Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings.
